gider hemde çok çabuk gider .tamamen yağsız yemeni tavsiye etmem yağ kaliteli ( sızma zeytinyağı vb.) vermenede yardımcı olur. kalori miktarını çok düşürmez bol da su içerseniz çok rahat verirsiniz:)

hadi ya :)) tamam madem ekmek şeker un yemicem. yağsız yemek yiyorum. dışardan yemeği de kestim. ama 10 kilo verebilcek miyim bir ayda

Aç hissetmiyorsan bunu kullan tabii ama aç olmasan da yediğin için vücut bunu tekrar ister belli süre sonra. Çubuk kraker falan boş ver onları, kuruyemiş de yemesen de olur :) Prteine ağırlık ver, yoğurdu öğünlerinden eksik etme. Yaşın ve cinsiyetin gereği kolayca gider zaten, ekmek şeker un yemesen bile gider ;)

@biskot açlık hissim olmuyor nedense, çok acıkıncada birşeyler yiyorum. tost içinde içinde salatalık domates ve peynir var aslında tosttan çok ekmek arası ama bulamadım bende tost diye ekliyorum. her gün sabah domates salatalık peynir ve kepek ekmeği yiyorum :) öğlenleri daha ağır yemek ama dün çorba ile idare ettim. bugun kıyma yoğurt var. akşam da bir bardak süt içerim biraz üzümle :) şu an bir kaç şey daha ekledim. hala mı dengesiz gidiyorum ? ne yiyeceğimi şaşırır oldum . aklıma birşey gelmiyor. aldığım kaloriyi arttırmak istiyorum ama ne ile nasıl bilmiyorum aç hissetmiyorumda. ve anladımki o kadar kiloyu yemek istedğim için almışım . acıktığım için değil. abartarak hep fast food yiyerek bu hale geldim :(

Merhaba selim.
Hep aynı şeyi bilir söylerim. Bu kadar az kalori alırsanız dayanamazsınız. Vücudunuz kıtlık sinyali verir.Beyninize önce şeker istediğini belirtir. Hadi bunu atlattınız, istediğini alamayınca depolara yönelir ama maalesef protein depolarına. Sonra da çöker ve pes edersiniz. Bütün gün bi tost ya da çorbayla durulmaz. Tostun yanında bir domates,salatalık.Öğlen kıyma mesela, yoğurt,kıymadan yapılan köfte vb., yanında çorba,çorba olmadı mı 1 -2 dilim tam tahıllı ekmek ya da 3-4 kaşık tercihen bulgur pilavı gibi. Meyveyi 1-2 tane günde ara öğün yapabilirsiniz.Yanında yarım bardak süt içebilirsiniz,kan şekerinizi daha az etkiler. Akşamları çorba,salata,yoğurt...Dengeli tamamen. İnanın pes etmezsiniz böyle yerseniz. Kaldı ki daha 10 gün olmuş ;) -
