Pilates gününün ardından 71.7. Geçen sefer pilatesin ertesi günü kaçamak yapmadığim halde 600 gr fazla çıkmıştım. İnşallah yarına düzelir :D

Pazartesi 73.6 olmuştum :(( Bugün tekrar 71.6 çıktım. 2 hafta önce pazar günü 71.5'tim.

ben tahini bir heves almıştım ,hem de koca bir kavanoz, öğrendikten sonra artık sadece hergün dolabı açıp bakıyorum:))tadı da ne güzeldi:(( ya evet duraklayınca ya da fazla çıkınca bütün motivasyon kayboluyor, o zaman benim de canım tatlı yemek istiyor:(( bir an önce motive olmak lazım tekrar.. yılbaşına da az kaldı, güya 60 olucaktım ,serbest gün yapacaktım ama olsam da olmasam da yapmam lazım:))

az maz ama çok rahatsız edici, sanki 2-3 kilo almışım gibi hissediyorum kendimi:( bir an önce gelse de rahatlasam..bende bazı değişiklikler yapmam gerekecek, bazen vücut bazı gıdalara karşı direnç geliştiriyor..bakliyatı zaten haftada 3 öğün,bulguru da 1 öğün yemek gerekiyor, kuru meyve ,yaş meyve hiç olmamalı..bir de ceviz dışındaki fındık ve badem omega3-6 dengesini bozup kilo vermeyi durdurabiliyormuş..ben de biraz cevize ağırlık vericem..
ben de balık yediğim günler hep kilo veriyorum ..bu arada tahin yemeye de ara vermek lazım, tahine sadece yılda 3-4 kere izin veriyormuş karatay..kavrulmuş susamdan yapıldığı için trans yağmış:(( orjinal susam kabuklu ,koyu renkli ama kavrulmamış oluyormuş, bunu da bulmak çok zor..
