Aa evet atak evresi. En zor ama en çok kilo verdiren evresi. Ben diyeti uygulamıyorum artık ama ideal kiloyu bulma testi çok güzel. Mesela bu sitede bana ideal kilon 55 diyor ama 55 kilo bana asla yakışmaz. Dukan kemiklerin iriligini bile dikkate alarak hesaplıyor. Ben 60 kg olmak istiyorum Dukan 62 dedi.

Yok canim o ekmeksiz sirf protein alinan bi evresi varmis orda cok kotu oldu, meyvesiz, sebzesiz, ekmeksiz bi gun yapamam ben.

Yaa:( ben geçen sene Dukan'in diyetini yapmıştım, 8kilo vermiştim ama koruma ve güçlendirme evreleri yerine ramazanda oruç tuttuğum için o 8 kilo bana 13 kilo olarak döndü. Ama öyle bayılacağın bi diyet değil ki serbest besinlerden tıkanıklığı basa yiyorsun. kendini aç bırakmış demek ki..

Yok ama Karatay'i tvde gordugum zaman sonuna kadar izlerim bi de internette listelerine filan bakmistim, bi de 4 saat hic birsey yemezseniz vucut yag yakmaya baslar diyordu, biraz uygulamistim ama sonra biraktim, bizde Dukan'in kitabi var, kizim alip yapmisti onun diyetini, cocugum okul donusu bayiliyomus nerdeyse :(

Aaa işte bu süper fikir kesinlikle bıkmayacağim bir tarif. Sağol dostum :) Karatay in kitabını bugün aldım ve biraz okuyunca kendime insülin-leptin direnci olan kadın teşhisi koydum :))
