Tesekkur ederim canim:) Kiz ben bu diyet sayesinde bayaa insana dönmüsum, biraz yedim hafif sislik hissettim ve biraktim, normalde dibini gormem lazimdi, frenleyemezdim kendimi:)

Benim oncelikli hedefim yuzumu bozmamak ve bozulmadigi surece ilk olarak 63 dusunuyorum ama sonra aheste aheste 60 a dusebilirim:) Neden olmasin?

Napiyim gulum sistemde bi ton kalori bicmisler ben kendim yapmadan inanmam:) Yalniiiz cigkoftemi yemedeen once bir bardak sutlu Turk kahvesi iceyim hem midemi korusun hem de eksik proteinimi tamamlamis olurum :)

Bayağı matematik problemi seninki yahu :D yani Karatay in serbest bıraktığı şeyler vardı içinde tamamen. Kadın serbest yiyeceklerden doyana kadar yiyin diyor. Çiğ köfte için de en sağlıklı et yemeği diyor. Daha ne olsun :)

Afiyet seker olsun canim:)) Biz rafine seylerle tozutmuyoruz ki hic birsey olmaz:) Ben malzemelerin kalorilerini ayri ayri hesaplayip payima dusenin kalorisini belirliycem, sizma yagimi da sonradan ekliycem ve sistemde kac cigkofteye esitse o kadar secicem, anliycagin isim zor :)))

Evet ben az önce tozuttum ve çok mutluyum :)) ben de yemek yemem artık. Ya kısır niye bu kadar kalorili anlamadım ki 8 kaşık 500 kalori :)) Sızma zeytinyağlı zaten. Cevizli de bayagi güzel oluyor hani :))

Bugun tozutma gunumuz dimi Esra :)) Ben daha yapim asamasindayim canim, bugun iki ogun yiycem zaten kahvaltiyi yaptigimda 12 yi geciyordu.
