tahin helvası da sonuçta kavrulmuş susamla yapılan bir ürün ,ayrıca şekerde var içinde..balla kaymak yersen yanında et türü bişyler ye bence..normal balık ya da tavuk özellikle, yoğurt olabilir..o zaman yağ olarak vücuda yüklenme oranı hafifliyormuş..
mesela kuru incir,kayısı falan yersen de yanında mutlaka ceviz, badem ve yoğurt yenmeli..o protein onun kötü etkilerini nötralize ediyor işte..
