yeşimcim ben sabah 1 dilim kızarmış kepekli ekmek ve domates salatalık vb yiyiyorum öğle arası acıkmayayım diye (çok sevdiğim içinde)şekersiz 1 kahve içiyorum öğle arası 12/12.30 gibi hergün aynı 1 etimek kızarmış ekmek 1domates 1/2 salatalık ikindide 150 gr tam yağlı yoğurt ve etimek kızarmış ekmek akşamda sebze yemeği ve yoğurt yada salata üzerine bir kahve ve 1 parça bitter çikolata canım yaklaşık 3 aydır bu şekilde besleniyorum ama ben oturarak çalışan(öğretmen ) olduğum için ancak öğle arası 45 dk hızlı tempo yürüyorum ve hayatımdan tembelliği çıkardım ne kadar üşengeçlik o kadar kilo bu arada pasta böreğimide yedim ama az ve öz yani ben katı bir diyet yapmadım ama sağlıklı kilo verdim site öncesinide sayarsak toplam17 kilo emin ol vermeseydim ben veremezdim kiloyu çünkü yemek yedirmeyi çok seven bir ailem var ve emin ol ben zoru başardım sende yapabilirsin kendine güven mutlaka yürüyüş yap ve herşeyden ama az az ye listemede bakarak fikir edinebilirsin yeşimcim inşallah istediğin kiloya kavuşursun.
