Herkese meraba önceliklee
Günlük tutmaya başladığımdan beri yani 16 hazirandan bu yana toplam 18 kilo verdim ama site nedense 7 gösteriyor:) Başlangıç kilom 75ti bu arada şuan 57 kiloyum ve koruyorum neler yaptın derseniz şöyle sıralayayım
*Hamur işi ekmek yağ ve tuzdan kilo alan birisi olarak bunları diyetimden değil hayatımdan tamamen çıkardım tatlıyı asla sevmediğim için zorlanmadım zaten tatlıda yemedim inanın çok gereksizler
*SU belki de hızlı bi şekilde yani 2 ay gibi bi süre de vermemi bu sağladı arkadaşlar ben günde tam 5 litre su içiyorum zaten çokta sevdiğim için zor olmuyor
*Yeşil çay hergün 3 fincan içtim ama faydası oldu mu inanın bilmiyorum
*Arada sırada olsada canım tatlı çektiği zaman hurma kayısı vs yedim çokk lezzetliler zaten
*Kendimi motive ettim ben normalde cidden 2 gün sonra hunharca yiyenlerdenim ama bu sefer bişey oldu gerçekten istedim ve bırakmayı bi kere bile düşünmedim
*Duraklama dönemim 2 kere oldu valla çok zararsız ama ikisinde de 3 4 günlük şok diyet yaptım tıkır tıkır devam ettim
*Öğünler arası saatler kesinlikle çoooook önemliymiş onu anladım benim kilo alma sebebim insülin direnci zaten yani aralıklı beslenmem gerekiyor ama ben nerdeyse temmuzun sonuna kadar inanılmaz yanlış saatlerde yedim 2 saat falan vardı öğünler arasında ama şuan 5
Aklıma gelenler bunlar ama sormak istedikleriniz olursa bi mesaj kadar uzağınızdayım inanın hepinizi anlıyorum ve yardım etmek içinde elimden geleni yapacağımdan hiç şüpheniz olmasın
