metabolizma sasirtmayi denediniz mi? Cunku hep 1000kcal altinda aldiginiz icin soyledim. Mesela, bi gun 1500kcal alip 1 hafta normal duzeninizde devam edebilirsiniz. sema40 benim arkadaşm 3 aydr diyetisyene gidiyor ve günlük 1800 kalori civar alyor. 3 ayda 15 kilo verdi. günlük 1 saat yürüyor ve benim gibi yüzmeye gidiyor 3 gün, zaten o gidipte yiyip verince ben karar verdim diyetisyene gitmeye. sen nerdeyse 1 aydr gr vermiyorum , inşallah diyetisyenin yöntemi işe yarar. fazla yürümemi de istemedi dizlerime zarar verirmiş fazlası

tskler. ben de yuruyus 200kcal giriyordum 1 saat leslie yapinca, yine 200kcal gireyim ben de fazla giderse surpriz olsun:)
bu arada metabolizmaniza iliskin (afedersiniz, tuvalet sorunu vs yoksa) problem yoksa kan ve hormon testi yaptirin derim. Ornegin tiroitleriniz vs az calisiyorsa zayiflamak guclesiyor. En azindan bi dahiliyeciye gidip gorunebilirsiniz, belki gitmissinizdir ama gitmediyseniz gidin derim. -

site 9 diyor ama ben 7 kilo verdim..herşeyide tam giriyorum ama ..metabolizmam daha yavaş sanırım anlayamadım yaptığım sporları girmiyorum bile artık..
