pudingi yemenize cok sevindim, isiltiya da aynisini yazdim. Kesinlikle avantaja donecek. Hep dusuk kalorili besleniyordunuz, puding sanirim hic yemiyodunuz. Iyi sasiracak metabolizma :) Ben 2 hafta gram veremedim, hatta yarim kiloya yakin aldim diye depresyona girip Cuma gunu 100 gram almis vaziyette gunu kapattim (1800 kusur kaloriyle). Iyi ki yapmisim, 3 gunde 1 kg gidiverdi :)

merhaba diyet iyi gidiyor galiba. 4 günde 500 gr kadar vermişim. süt 1 bardak var akşam 8 den sonra tarçınlı içiyorum öyle söyledi. sütten çok yoğurt ve ayran var bol bol, her öğün 1 dilim ekmek, çorba, sebze yemeği, salata, yoğurt ve et türü ya da baklagiller var. zor bitiriyorum baya yemeklerimi ama yiyeceksin diyor. hergün et pişirmeniz mümkün olmaz onun yerine yumurta ve mercimek yemeği ye proteini eksik etme dedi. bakalım 1 ayy sonra diyetisyenin yanında basküle çıkınca ne olacak, görüşürüz iyi akşamlar
