Emire bisküvili pasta söz vermiştim yaptım, ama bi hata oldu ben kendime değil emire yapmıştım, tencerenin kenarlarında yediklerimi saymazsam bi porsiyon kaçamak olabilir :))))

ama ertesi gün aynen devam edebilmeyi öğrendim:)))

onun yerine mutlaka ama mutlaka kahvaltı olmalı
domates,salatalık,peynir,zeytin,fındık,badem,ceviz haşlanmış yumurta vs gibi
eğer çalışıyor ve fırsatın yoksa, akşamdan hazırla ve sabah 5-10 dk da ye çık.
kahvaltı çok önemli, yaparsan 6-7 saat acıkmaz tok kalırsın, öğle yemeğinde ve öğle sonrasında çok saldırmazsın
hem dinç ve enerjik olursun
bunu sakın unutma dikkate almanı öneririm.
ayrıca simit yedikten birkaç saat sonra midende kazınma başlar çabul acıkırsın.
